A Wise Man's camel

Of the 3 Nativity scenes I noticed this holiday season, 2 only had 2 of the 3 wise men. What’s up with that? Did the other wise man forget his birthday present? Or, as Eddie Izzard claims, was he out getting the Christmas presents since this was the 1st instance of a birthday falling on Christmas ? 
Either way, I found the graffiti on this wise man’s camel quite amusing.
